About the Role:
We’re excited to partner with our client to find a Clinical Informatics Analyst I to support their EPIC OpTime and Anesthesia systems. In this role, you’ll provide foundational support for clinical operating systems, hardware, and software tools, ensuring their effective and optimal use. This includes configuration, maintenance, training, and supporting system users while continuously improving clinical workflows.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate end-user needs into system improvements, and play a key role in enhancing patient care through technology. This is a hybrid position that starts with a month of onsite training in Gainesville, GA, followed by flexible work arrangements.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with system users, technical staff, and vendor support to resolve clinical system issues.
Participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of clinical systems and workflows.
Research, install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware.
Support testing, upgrades, and rollouts for system enhancements and new functionalities.
Serve as a liaison between clinical departments and IT, fostering strong partnerships to address system needs effectively.
Maintain detailed support materials and user training documentation, assisting in educating system users.
Provide on-call support as needed and contribute to department goals through quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Associate Degree or Technical Degree required. Equivalent IT or operational experience will be considered.
Experience: At least 2 years of IT application or operational experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Certifications: EPIC certification or proof of proficiency (if applicable).
Experience: Experience supporting clinical systems, especially EPIC OpTime and Anesthesia, is a plus.
